How many words are there for stunning? Breathtaking. Amazing. To die for.

I know you can see the dupioni silk, woven by hand exclusively for their company. maybe if you click for larger images, you could glimpse the exquisite detail. We also have 2 selections from their line of finest Belgian linen slings. All are handcrafted and reversible. The colors are amazing. The feel of the fabric, I couldn’t even describe. And yes, it’s machine washable, yes they withstand the messes and assaults of daily life.
Let me tell you, I’ve been using slings for almost exactly 5 years now.

I know my baby carriers, I know what’s out there, the good and the bad, the easy and the complicated. These slings are a DREAM to use.
Whether you’re buying for yourself or as a gift, I know you won’t be disappointed. I am thrilled to be carrying them. We’re starting with 6 colors and will continue building it up. Let’s see how long I can keep from taking one for myself!

· Filed under Peanut Shell, new product arrivals

We’ve just received the first 3 colors- pink dot, blue dot, and floral cafe.
They will soon be joined by solid espresso brown and paisley in pink or blue.
They come in excellent gift packaging and include a matching burp cloth. I’ll take photos of that soon because I know this will be a hot choice for holiday and shower gifts.
The other nursing cover-up we carry it The Belly Hugger . They are very different products. The Peanut Shell functions as a blanket covering over the baby and your front/back/side. The Belly Hugger is a soft, stretchy layer you wear under your shirt so that when you nurse your belly/back/side is not exposed, but it offers no coverage of baby or breast. Some people are more comfortable nursing with the complete coverage of a Peanut Shell and find it convenient that they don’t have to maneuver a blanket while doing it. Some people find it more convenient to wear the BellyHugger all day and have nothing to get out for nursing, and they use their shirt and baby’s position to be sure the front and top view of the breast is covered.

we were blogged here- in Japanese!
if you look down the photos on the right, you’ll see a pair of Babylegs and Pediped shoes, and in the first line of text, in among all the Japanese, you’ll see the words “Tender Cargo”

I just came across this editor’s pick page- an array of Pediped leather shoes in Baby Couture magazine a couple issues back.

I just finished quite a project- entering the entire new fall line of Babylegs-25 new colors and we’re carrying them all.
The new Babylegs are made with organic cotton and cost $3 a pair more than they used to.
We will still carry all the $12 pairs until they sell out, but these new organics are $15.
My favorite is the first one below, “Brite” as in the beloved retro Lite Brite toy.

I’ve had my eye on this new product all year, because they keep attracting attention for finally filling a void where no good-looking products had been. I’m talking, of course, about a way to carry just a couple diapers and travel-sized wipes without having to bring the whole diaper bag along, without having to stuff them in your purse, or without having to buy some cheesy plastic container or ziploc bag that “will do”, but just barely.
This is simple and sweet- a designer fabric pocket with velcro closure to hold just your essentials, letting you travel lighter and preserve some style and individuality. At only $15, they make a good baby shower gift.
Diapees and Wipees. cool.

You’ve got to see this shoe in person!
The metallic pink with star cutouts is divine, and the hand stitching to the flexible padded sole makes them irresistible.
Zoe has been a best-seller since the day we brought them in.

We pulled all Apple Gripewater from our shelves today and sent it all back to the company. All customers involved have already been contacted to send theirs in for refunds as well.
For more information from the manufacturer click on the image.
The regular flavored GripeWater was NOT involved in the 2007 recall.
